This charming ranch-style cottage was the second house our family built in 1972. This cabin has three private bedrooms for adults, a bunk room for kids, two bathrooms and front and rear patios. It’s got all the cabin vibes and more.

FAQ
How do we check in?
All renters allow themselves in on first Saturday of their rental week. Usually, Kip is around to greet you and answer any questions you may have.
Is there a bbq?
Oh yes! We love to grill and appreciate that you may as well. All our houses have both gas and charcoal grills.
Can we rent a boat from you?
Yes! We have a pontoon exclusively for Shields renters. Go to the Pontoon page on this site and inquire with John about renting it for your trip.
Can I contact Kip directly?
You sure can. Follow the Reserve Now link to our VRBO page where you can select the “Ask Owner a Question” button. Kip will get back to you right away.
